	CRS – Certified Residential Specialist: The highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers who have completed specific education requirements and demonstrate a track record of either 60+ transactions of $30 million in volume in the past 5 years; 10+ years as an agent with 150 transactions minimum; or an average of $1 million per year with at least 40 transactions.
	CIPS – Certified International Property Specialist: A Certified International Property Specialist designee has mastered specialized training to complete global transactions seamlessly and with reduced risk. The CIPS designation is the only international designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors®.
