Tenant Placement Services:

1 month's rent

This includes marketing, showings, screenings, lease prep, move in inspection and collection of move in costs.

Full Management Services:

50% of 1st month's rent + 10% per month

This includes tenant placement services, monthly rent collection, monthly statements, annual tax statement, maintenance coordination, 24/7 emergency response, service of notices if needed, and 2 additional inspections.

Short Term/Vacation Rental Leasing Services

18% of rent collected

This includes marketing, screening, placement, collection of rent and all associated rental costs, distribute collected tourist tax to the state and county as required, inspection before and after each guest's occupancy, coordinate repairs, arrange cleaning services and handle all communication needed with guest.
