First and last month’s rent and security deposit are required for move in
First month's rent is needed to secure and hold the property
If your application is not approved, your first month's rent is refunded
Once your application is approved, if you decide you no longer want to move into the home, we are not able to return any fees paid
All utilities must be placed in your name prior to occupancy
Pets - we do not accept cats in any home -- dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis
Pet insurance is required if a pet is approved and additional move in costs or monthly charges may apply
Short-term/Vacation rental costs -- a minimum of $500 is required to reserve a property -- this is a non-refundable fee
Full payment is to be made 60 days prior to arrival date -- if reservation is made within that 60-day period, full payment is due immediately
Once you take possession of the rental your $500 fee transfers to a damage deposit -- it will be refunded upon departure providing there are no charges accrued as outlined in the confirmation agreement
You will be provided a confirmation letter containing information you need for check-in when your reservation is made
Payment can be made by check, cashier's check, money order, by phone, or through an online portal
12% tax is charged on all short-term rentals of less than 6 months
